Yes, this is Amitabh Bachchan! You’d be excused for doing a double take, but don’t worry – he hasn’t actually shaved off his hair.
Paa is a forthcoming 2009 Indian Hindi movie directed by R Balakrishnan starring Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Vidya Balan. Veteran composer from Southern India, Ilaiyaraaja is scoring the music.Balki is a huge fan of Ilaiyaraaja,who is regarded one of the greatest composers in India and Balki’s previous film “Cheeni Kum” too, had music by Ilaiyaraaja.

“In Paa, Amitabh plays the alienated and slightly retarded son of Abhishek, and his look has been specially created by make-up men flown in from London,” a source told the media.
The mega star had earlier said that he spends five hours a day in make-up, for his role in the film, but there is not much known about his character or storyline of the film.
Some sources: According to sources on the set, the make-up artiste is a female from abroad and she takes about four to five hours to achieve this look. The make-up is done at Amitabh’s Gulmohar Park residence on all the days of shooting.
